Is the steel safe for hot drinks? +
Yes. The inner wall is 18/8 food-grade stainless steel with no plastic lining and no coating that can flake. Tea and coffee will not pick up a metallic taste.
How do I clean it? +
Hand wash the body with warm soapy water and use the included brush for the straws. Skip the dishwasher, high heat dulls the powder-coat finish over time.
