How long does delivery take? +
Orders are dispatched in 1-2 business days and reach most Indian pincodes in 3-7 business days. You get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.
What if it does not fit my routine? +
Return it within 7 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging. Refunds land back in your account in 5-7 business days.
Is the steel safe for hot drinks? +
Yes. The inner wall is 18/8 food-grade stainless steel with no plastic lining and no coating that can flake. Tea and coffee will not pick up a metallic taste.
How do I clean it? +
Hand wash the body with warm soapy water and use the included brush for the straws. Skip the dishwasher, high heat dulls the powder-coat finish over time.
