These terms govern your use of redpremere.com and any purchase you make here from Redpremere.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Prices and availability can change without notice. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is collected in advance through our payment gateway. An order is confirmed only once payment is captured and we send you a confirmation.

Accuracy

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different across screens, and stated capacities and retention times are measured under normal indoor conditions.

Product care

Insulated steel drinkware is not microwave safe and should not be placed in a freezer or dishwasher unless we state otherwise on the product page. Damage from misuse is not covered.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
