Returns and refunds

You can return any item within 7 days of delivery. Start the return by emailing support@redpremere.com with your order reference and a photo of the item.

What we accept

• Unused items in the original packaging with all accessories
• Items that arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered

What we cannot accept

• Items showing signs of use, washing, or scratching
• Returns requested after the 7 day window

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We refund the full amount you paid, including delivery charges, when the return is due to damage or our error.

Cancellations

You can cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once the parcel is handed to the courier, treat it as a return.
