Shipping policy

We ship across India through registered courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery time

Most addresses receive the parcel in 3-7 business days from dispatch. Remote PIN codes can take longer. We share a tracking link by email and SMS once the courier picks up the parcel.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 and above. Below that, a flat charge of ₹69 applies and is shown before you pay.

If a parcel is delayed or lost

Write to support@redpremere.com with your order reference. We raise the claim with the courier and either resend the item or refund you in full.

Undelivered parcels

If the courier cannot reach you after three attempts, the parcel returns to us. We refund the order value after deducting the actual return shipping cost.
